Since its founding, the Japan Culinary Research Association (a public-interest incorporated association) has worked to share and advance Japanese culinary skill across the boundaries of restaurant, school of thought, and age. To help you reach an even higher level, increase the added value of the dishes you serve, and ultimately do more to improve the dining experience of the customers who enjoy your cooking, we created "Japanese Chefs Recipes" — and have now relaunched it.
