If you are a paying member and want to stop paying the membership fee, use "Cancel subscription" on My Page. If you pay by credit card, you can keep using the site until the end of the current billing period, after which you become a free member. Members paying through PayPal can stop their payment from the same button, but PayPal payment ends at that moment and you become a free member. To withdraw completely and have your registered personal information deleted, please contact info@recipe-ru.com.

After logging in, you can change it from your profile on My Page.

If your membership registration information (address, etc.) changes, you can log in and change it from your profile on My Page.

You can reset your password by clicking the "Login" button and then "Forgot your password?"

In principle, your username is your email address. If you registered before the site renewal, you will have been issued an ID. Please check the email you received at the time of registration.

For new paid membership registrations, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you registered with. Please first check that email account. If you have not received the email, it may have been filtered into your spam folder, so please check there as well. Also, if you use a mobile carrier email address, the email may not arrive due to filtering provided by your mobile carrier. Please add the domain "recipe-ru.com" to your carrier's list of allowed sender domains. If you have registered as a user in the past, your past billing information may be linked to your previous account. Since accounts are linked by email address, please log in using your previous account information (user ID / password).

Official (full) membership is available only to members residing in Japan. If you live overseas, you can register as a paid WEB member (USD 5 per month or USD 50 per year).

New registrations are paid by credit card through Stripe. If you already pay through PayPal, you can continue as you are. Unless you tell us otherwise, your membership renews automatically, and fees are not refunded.

Web members who wish to receive the magazine every month on an ongoing basis can do so by switching to full membership, after which we will send you the magazine each month. After logging in, please go to "My Page" (in the top right of the screen, or via the three-line menu in the top right on a smartphone), and proceed from the note at the bottom of the page, "You can change your plan here." If you would like only a specific month's issue, we will send it to you for 1,300 yen per copy (shipping and tax included). Please specify the year and month of the issue you would like and send your request to info@recipe-ru.com.

To view content limited to paying members, please first complete "New Member Registration." Once your registration is complete, you can view all content by logging in with the email address (or ID) and password you set up. There are two types of membership, full membership and web membership, and each offers a choice of annual lump-sum payment or monthly payment. For details, please see New Member Registration. Also, any recipe whose thumbnail photo shows "FREE" in the top left corner is content that can be viewed free of charge.
