Restaurant information
On display in the restaurant is Murata's own collection of sake vessels, numbering about 20 pieces. He has carefully selected pottery from around the country, including Karatsu ware from Saga, Seto ware from Aichi, Mino ware from Tajimi, and Edo kiriko cut glass. The lineup rotates, so a new sake vessel greets you every time you visit.
Coming out of Roppongi subway station and heading toward Nishi-Azabu along Roppongi-dori, you'll see a building just past the large theater. "Kappo Shisei" is on the basement floor. Owner Murata trained at Japanese restaurants such as "Ginza Yoshizawa" as well as at a Spanish restaurant before opening the restaurant in July 2022.

COMMENT
This relates to where the restaurant's name comes from: I place great importance on treating guests with true sincerity. I've also been thoroughly particular about the tableware and sake vessels, the interior, and the decoration at the entrance, so that there's something different each time a guest visits, and so they can be moved on many fronts, cooking included. I want to win guests who will keep coming for a lifetime.
