Setagaya — Oryori Shunso

COMMENT

In a location that can't exactly be called blessed, what kind of cooking is it that draws in so many regular customers? We visited "Oryori Shunso," a restaurant with the unique commitment of not serving soup courses. The restaurant is also listed in the Michelin Guide.

  1. Comments

  2. At our restaurant, we try to make sure guests can enjoy the appeal and atmosphere of Japanese cuisine, and that they feel they're getting good value. Our prices aren't high, either.

Also, since I cook everything by myself, I actively look for any step that can save time.

To make all of this possible, deciding what NOT to do is important too.
